The Gmail App has been updated to version 4.5 and along with it has brought many goodies which we saw a few weeks ago.
The update is rolling out in stages and you can try your luck here on Google Play to see if it's available for you yet.
There is a whole new UI change where there is sorting on the basis of sender there too!. Scroll down to refresh and labels gone to the side bar.
